At Goodnight Gorgeous, we don’t just hope you’ll love your products — we guarantee it. Our formulas are luxury-level, science-backed, and TikTok-worthy gorgeous. But if your skin doesn’t get along with something you ordered, we make returns and exchanges relaxed and easy too.  

Results or Your Money Back

Every product comes with our Results or Money Back Guarantee. If you don’t love it or its not what you were expecting, you’ve got:

  • 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any product

No stress, no guilt, no drama.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us: Drop us a line at indi@goodnightgorgeous.com with your order number and the reason you’d like to return.

  2. Pack it up: Pop your items back in their packaging (originals if you’ve still got them).

  3. Send it back: Our team will give you the return address. We recommend a trackable shipping method because sadly, we can’t be responsible for lost packages. Return shipping is on you, but your refund or exchange is on us.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your item.

  • Exchanges: If what you want is in stock, we’ll ship it out faster than you can say “pillow spray.” If your replacement is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

What We Can’t Take Back

  • Completely empty bottles (we love you, but we can’t refund enthusiasm).

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Anything not in its original form unless it arrived faulty or not as described.
